Ikigai - Wikipedia

The Westernized version of Ikigai is often seen as a Venn Diagram that is the intersection of 4 main concepts:

What you love

What you are good at

What you can be paid for

What the world needs

• Passionate About - Things that you love to do but you might not be the best at. Things you loved to do as a child, things you enjoy spending time on.
• Good At - What are you paid to do, what do you excel at naturally, what were you trained to do, what did you study in school, what you do all the time with ease, what have you practiced
• What the World Needs - Subgroups, neighborhood, community, industry, etc. Opportunities to serve others. Examples: Sustainability, education, healthcare, social justice, equality, environment, climate change
